I’m Juliet, following the painful breakdown of a long term relationship I turned to coaching and experienced a transformation that changed everything.
Inspired by its impact, I trained professionally so I could guide others through their own relationship journeys with compassion and clarity.
I am a fully accredited coach with the Association of Coaching, and I’m here to help you create the love life you truly deserve.
My coaching blends psychology, somatic awareness, and ancient wisdom with modern insight.

My path to coaching began with a passion for movement and expression - I founded and ran a creative dance school for children in London for over 20 years. Encouraging children to experience joy through dance sparked my fascination with the connection between body, mind, and heart, leading me to train as a yoga and meditation teacher.
Alongside my work in movement and wellbeing, I’m also a business mentor for companies such as Landsec and Dell. Supporting people to grow in confidence and unlock their potential deepened my belief in the power of coaching to change lives.
I’ve been holding space for transformation for over 25 years. It’s what I do best.
